When you’re developing sites for a living, time is money. We do our best to answer questions in the forum, but many times, it’s not enough. While the forum connects you with other users, many times you need a direct channel to WPML’s developers.
With a Commercial Support subscription, you’ll be able to create support tickets directly from within the WordPress admin panel. You can send us messages privately, including login information, database dumps and other information that we may need to help solve problems.
In case we need to create a specific patch for you (until a new version is out), we can also send them directly.
What’s Included (and what’s not)
Our support covers giving help and teaching you about WPML. We can give instructions, explain about WPML, show you how to use it and discuss design alternatives.
However, we can’t do your work for you. We can’t debug your code, fix specific issues with your server, with other plugins or themes.
