The website was developed using the U-Design theme with WPML Multilingual CMS. My wife is a Vancouver Mortgage Broker fluent in Chinese (Traditional) and English. We wanted something that allowed her to service both her clients’ languages and WPML really fit the bill. We did a lot of the translations ourselves, but also used ICanLocalize.
The site took me about 2 months to build. I had no understanding of WordPress, CSS, PHP, or HTML when I started. Big thank you to Brooks, Harshad, and Mario P (all of WPML), Michele (ICanLocalize) and Andon (U-Design) for helping me with the little touches (like the custom language bar and feedback button).
The end site is fantastic and my wife has already starting to see greater penetration with the local Chinese mortgage market. We’ve also noticed a big jump in Google searches from overseas.

Hi, how did you manage to translate the image sliders? what type of slider do you use?
The person who submitted the website knows how he created the sliders and translated them. Generally speaking, WPML translates custom fields and texts in the wp_options table, so if sliders use them for texts, they will show in the right language.
