This is the online community for COPD patients and supporters, created by the Canadian Lung Association.
Since it’s an official Canadian organization, it must be available in both English and French. WordPress was chosen as the content management system, and WPML allows it to run multilingual.
Besides running multilingual, the site also uses WPML’s navigational elements. The breadcrumbs trail show visitors where they are and the context sensitive navigation helps concentrate on different sections of the site, showing other relevant pages.

basically the script changes the default language in the wp DB and sets it to the one needed, then i can use the iphone app to post in the language i want.
