Villa Carolina Boutique Hotel needed a sleek site makeover to attract a tourism audience from North America and corporate parties from around Mexico. The 7-suite boutique hotel in Zihuatanejo is a true gem that could have been missed with the previous Flash-based website, designed in a more local and unstructured style.
I looked to WPML for an easy way to handle the English-Spanish translation of the site. I’m in Canada and working remotely with the general manager of the hotel in Mexico. Together, we combined quick translations through Google with manual fine-tuning. The translated site turned out to be much easier to link and manage using the WPML tool.
