Tell us what you are trying to do? I try to allow an editor user to translate all posts/page. I added it to website translators. He can translate its own posts but when he try to translate others post, he is redirect to translation queue. How to do that ? (I need the translation management plugin to use the page builder translation editor. I use Elementor) Is there any documentation that you are following? https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-to-use-access-plugin-to-create-editors-for-specific-language/ (but the access plugin is no more available for WPML customers) |

After tests, it seems than the editor can edit translation only if there is the "refresh" icon (see image wpml_1.png) Correction with cog icon : one time it works, one time it fails... I really doesnt need to have the translation workflow but i need the page builder translator. (If i deactivate the translation management plugin, it works like i want but i have no more WPML editor for page builder) I saw a lot of others topics about the same problem : https://wpml.org/forums/topic/allow-editors-to-translate-all-posts-pages-like-the-administrator/ |

Hello, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I will be glad to help with this. You can implement this scenario using our plugin Toolset Access, see this article about it Toolset Access is available to download in your account page, just scroll to the end of the page. Let me know if this helps. Best regards, |

Hello, I am really sorry for the confusion, i was mistaken. We don't actually offer the Toolset Access plugin, we only offer a discount to buy it. Without Toolset Access, you will need to follow the Translation workflow. Once a translation is taken by a translator, he will need to complete it or resign from it to be available to other translators. Once again, my apologies for the confusion. Best regards, |

Ok so without this plugin, Editors are not independant to translate what they want... Why do you not use capabilities to allow any role to access to translation editor without the need of have a job ? (like administrator) Given the number of subjects i found, it is a very requested feature. For the moment i have to disable translation management plugin to do this but i'm losing the great feature of page builder translation :/ |

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. You may want to use our feature request page, as more customers asks for it, the project leaders will decide to prioritize it. Let me know if there is any thing i can still do. Best regards, |
