This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I am trying to get the anchors to navigate with a custom menu which works on the english version.

Solution:
Make sure that the anchors from the menu items are working fine on the page. Also, the anchors might not be working with some characters (in this ticket, the anchors were added in Thai which is not supported by the anchor element).

Hey,

Thank you for reaching out the WPMl support!

I just checked the Thai version of the website and I could see that the IDs are not created well. The menu item is added correctly but the actual ID doesn't exist (see the attached screenshots). Can you edit again the Thai version and make sure that the anchors are added correctly, please? Just check the source of the page once you edited the page using Elementor and make sure that the ID you added to the menu item exists. Please let me know how this works.

Thanks,
Radu
