Resolved
Reported for: WPML Multilingual CMS 3.2.7
Overview of the issue
The language switcher will be rendered as a two level unordered and unstyled list, when set to”List of languages” -> “Vertical”:
When following these steps, the language switcher might wrongly rendered:
- Set the language switcher style as “Dropdown” -> “Mobile always”
- Save the settings
- Change the language switcher style to “List of languages” -> “Vertical”
- Save the settings
Workaround
Until a proper fix is released, this issue can be solved by following these steps:
- Change the language switcher style to “Dropdown” -> “Classic”
- Save the settings
- Change again to “List of languages” -> “Vertical”
- Save the settings
I set the language switcher to drop down classic but it’s showing as a list. How can I fix this? I changed it to vertical, saved it, then changed it back to Dropdown and saved it again. Still no change.
