I see you bought a Blog subscription in January 2021, this account is due for renewal next month (Jan 30th 2022). At the same time you bought an Agency subscription for the full updated price (199$). The Agency subscription lets you register unlimited sites and also gives you 180,000 credits for automatic translation. Would you like to stay on the Agency subscription?
