A closed thread is not any help. I tried to install WPML 3 times and keep getting a fatal error. After recovering my WP files and databases all three times, I uninstalled it altogether. Customer support obviously is non-existent.
The ticket that I shared with you was marked as "Resolved" and that is what helped the customer get the issue resolved.
The reason why I shared that ticket with you was that the error was almost identical, the only difference was the table from the database, so sharing the solution would help us get this resolved faster.
Please let me know if you still need help with this and I can take a closer look but I will need access to the website's backend and your permission to duplicate it into a testing environment.
