Hi there. Are you referring to the fact that the site was present here: If that's what you mean, then you can generate a new key from that place for your updated domain, then copy the new key, go to your migrated site's backend (make sure you have WPML installed already) > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > and register WPML with the new key. Please let me know how things go. Kind regards, |

dev is the register here. But somehow it was removed. I can't find the account. I had a website, which I moved to the main domain. It was hidden link, and I moved it to hidden link. I need all the data as it is on my new live site. |

Hi there, I want to make sure I understand the issue correctly. It seems like this may be related to a migration problem. As I understand it, the site has been migrated, but there is some missing data. Is that correct? If I'm mistaken, could you please provide more information? It would be very helpful if you could send me some screenshots or share the link where you notice the missing data. Alternatively, you could create a screen recording to help me better understand the situation. I look forward to your response. Thank you! |

Hi there, and thank you for the update. So, the translations and WPML settings are all saved into the database. If translations are missing or WPML settings are different, then something probably went wrong in the migration process. For migrating/duplicating your site, I usually recommend using a plugin like "Duplicator": Documentation can be found here: Here is a small tutorial on how to use Duplicator: This plugin should also easily take care of the URL-replacing process. After migration, register WPML in your new site and enter the new key: For a new/separate WordPress setup and different domain, you will always need to go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) and generate a new site key for that new domain. While in the process of creating the key, you can also set the key as "Production" or "Development." You might want to take a look at this page, too, as it contains essential information that you might need when WPML sees that the current site has been copied over a different domain. You must set that new site to "this is a copy of the main site." Regarding the fact that you see the dev environment notification in the footer, if you already generated a new "production" WPML key and registered WPML with that key on your migrated site, then the issue might be cache-related, but let's try this: 1. Please create a full website backup Let's see if the message still shows up. Also, if you have any active caching plugins or server caching / CDN caching, can you please clear/remove them? Please let me know how that goes. I will be waiting for your response. Mihai Apetrei |

Please try tos understand my problem. I was registered with dev.liveinsardinia.com. That was my development site. After completing the website, I moved it to the main domain called lineinsardinia.com. in the main while I removed the dev site on your website and add the main domain. But I can't connect the website with your account. Also showing the development tag on the bottom on live site. Also I need all credits as I have on dev website. Please help me out. New threads created by Mihai Apetrei and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-i-cant-connect-the-website-with-your-account/ |

Hi there. Thank you for sharing more info about the issues you are experiencing. Please note that, per our Support Policy, we can handle only one problem per ticket. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps supporters focus on one problem at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster. I am creating a new ticket for each of the other issues you mentioned (we will handle the dev-message footer in this ticket), and I will link the URLs below. 1. You said this: "But I can't connect the website with your account" I created the new ticket here: 2. You said: "Also showing the development tag on the bottom on live site." We will handle this issue in this ticket. So, can you please let me know if you created a new PRODUCTION WPML key here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) and then registered WPML with that new key on your site? Also, did you clear all the cache? 3. You said: "Also I need all credits as I have on dev website" I create a new ticket for this request: In this ticket, I am waiting to hear from you regarding point 2 that I presented above. |

I also have another issue. When you changed the language English to Italian you can see some sections are missing from the home page. Can you please check it and solve it ASAP. Coz iT'S now a live site. Section like Banner slider, Properties list, which has in English but in Italian it's missing. |

Hi there, and welcome back. Sorry, but as I mentioned above, please note that, per our Support Policy, we can handle only one problem per ticket. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps supporters focus on one problem at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster. Can you please mark this ticket as resolved (if the issue in this ticket is resolved) and open a new ticket for any new issue you encounter (one ticket per issue) so we can properly focus on and tackle each one? Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation. |
