Itamar,
I followed the advice to disable the plugins: WPML Strings Translation, WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, Contact Form 7 Multilingual.

And sorry to say. It was a disaster.
On the translated page, the product pictures disapeared. Photos did not load anylonger.

So I followed this instruction to recover the status quo:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/image-doesnt-show-in-translated-product-page/

I re-enabled the plugins above.

Finally, I cleanned the chaches and I still cannot find a way to translate the "MY ACCOUNT" string as show on the printscreen initially shared.

Do you have any clue how should I proceeed?

Itamar, I also followed the following instructions:

https://wpml.org/forums/topic/selected-strings-are-not-in-the-sites-default-language-and-will-not-be-translat/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw9Km3BhDjARIsAGUb4nwIZHvWXHXzMJL_wqwt9OYSlfucJRGVhtgArg8Eg7z75XmIdQzUirAaAiz9EALw_wcB

Now I got the message:
String Translation

Dear @fabio-luizt, I'm sorry for this mistake. I was not clear enough. I didn't mean to deactivate WPML Strings Translation, WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, and Contact Form 7 Multilingual. I meant that those are the plugins you need to leave active, and the rest of our plugins you might not need. I am sorry for any inconvenience you were caused.

You should also keep active WPML SEO because you use the Rank Math SEO plugin, and WPML SEO is our bridge plugin. You can also keep the WPML Media translation if you want to have different images for the translated products, pages, and posts. You can read about this plugin here.

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/

You probably don't need the following plugins.

WPML Sticky Links
WPML CMS Nav
WPML GraphQL
WPML ElasticPress

Please give me access to your site, and I will check if it is possible to translate the "MY ACCOUNT" string.

If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

The "MY ACCOUNT" string is actually the title of the My Account page.
But since the original language is Portuguese, you should change the title to "Minha Conta" (if this is the correct translation. I used Google Translate). Please see the attached screenshot.

Please confirm that it solves this issue.

Regards,
Itamar.
