Problem: The WPML CMS plugin was removed and could not be reinstalled due to an error indicating that the target folder already exists. Solution: We recommend manually deleting the existing WPML plugin folder from your server. After removing the folder, download the plugin from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ and install it as you would with any other WordPress plugin.
