Otto spent 3 years doing first-tier support, devoting his mind and soul to help people from all around the world to make their WordPress sites Multilingual. Replying to questions, solving problems and making users happy every day.
After that he was a second tier supporter for two years. Focusing on compatibility issues with themes and plugins. He lead the compatibility support team and also provided support to our Language Service Providers partners and their clients.
Nowadays he is part of the Systems Development team were he helps to develop and maintain the internal tools that our company uses to operate.
An active member within the WP Argentinian community, he co-founded the WordPress meetups of La Plata and assists regularly to WP Buenos Aires monthly meetups.
