Background of the issue:
I am trying to re-activate WPML on my site hidden link. It prompts me to buy the plugin but we already have an active subscription.

Symptoms:
The system prompts me to buy the plugin despite having an active subscription.

Questions:
Why is WPML prompting me to buy the plugin when I already have an active subscription?
How can I re-activate WPML with my current subscription?

Hi there.

Can you please let me know if you tried to generate a new key from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) for this domain (remove the old key) > and then go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UN-register WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key > can you please let me know if it works like this?

I will be waiting for your response.
