[Resolved] Clear language information and repopulate languages - cant find

Problem: The client was unable to find the 'Clear language information and repopulate languages' option on the WPML troubleshooting page and was experiencing issues with product translations not functioning correctly. Solution: We suggested that the 'Clear language information and repopulate languages' option should appear at the top of the troubleshooting page if WPML detects that the default data in the languages table has been altered or is missing. If the option is not visible, we recommended manually recreating the languages table by connecting to the database and running the following MySQL query:https://wpml.org/forums/topic/clear-language-information-and-repopulate-languages-cant-find/#post-16721505 This query drops the existing languages table if it exists, creates a new one, and populates it with default language data. If further assistance is needed, we advised the client to contact us.

I am working on a site under development and trying to fix an issue with WPML where it is missing some records in the languages tables. I need to clear language information and repopulate languages to resolve this.
Symptoms:
I can't find the 'Clear language information and repopulate languages' option on the troubleshooting page. Additionally, my product translations are not working well.

If I recall correctly this option should be displayed in the top section of this page. It will only appear if WPML recognizes that the default data of the languages table has been altered or is missing.
You could try to connect to your database and run the following MySQL query to recreate the table.
I did as you requested..now the table does exist..even I run a test and added another language. but the message always showing above... and I cant find the "Clear language information and repopulate languages"...even I checked in another website that working fine and has no message troubleshooting this "Clear language information and repopulate languages" doesn't exist .
but my issue now with the translation for the products ... I try to translate it doesn't show all the content that needs translation. in the other hand, I write the translation but it doesn't save!!!!
