Hello, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better for a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “All In One WP Migration” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access. The steps are also shown in this video: hidden link Best regards |

Hello, It appears to me that you had not set up the proper exchange rates yet which for it would be expected to see identical prices. Apart from that, the multi-currency calculation is currently altered by the fact, that you are setting fixed prices in different currencies on the original products. For products where not such fixed price is set, the multi-currency exchange rate would apply. "Norway I see the Euro price instead of the KR price" Could you provide me a link to an example product, please? See screenshots. Best regards |

Hi Andreas, It appears that the problem has been solved and I haven't been changing a thing. Did you perhaps? If so, I really would like to know what you did exactly. I also checked the multi currency rate, nothing has changed there. So 1 euro = 1 NOK. Best regards, Lobke Buijs |

Hello Lobke, Then this might have been due to a plugin update. I only was having a look at Multi-Currencies, tried changing the exchange rates, and then realized that the prices are actually custom values coming from the products directly. I am glad to hear that the issue is solved now. If you need any further assistance, please let us know. Best regards |
