I am writing again regarding my problem with automatic translate. My new pages or products wont be automatically translated, and also the already translated pages that have been checked by me will change translation after a time. May you please check my site and see what the problem is?

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Can you please try it again with a minimal environment and see if it helps?
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML plugins.
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: 
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

In the beginning, when we got WPML, everything went very well, every post, every page, and every product that we created in the Albanian language, was translated automatically, we just checked it.

Problems:
1. no longer translates automatically
2. the products that we fixed the translation because the automatic translation made some mistakes, we corrected them, now the translations of the program have returned again, and our changes have been broken.
3. when I go to a post to translate it, when I edit the product and change the language, the content disappears completely

Now at the end of March, my subscription ends, I am afraid to do it again because it is impossible to continue the situation.
I have many products on the site and it is a big job to recheck the translations. But when we correct them after a short time, they return to the software translation, not the corrections that I made.
For example, for the word Doreze, the system takes Glove, while we want Handle, I edit it by rewriting handle... after a short time, the translation is with the word glove, which is not normal.

Now I want an explanation from you about how WPML works
1- Does WPML automatically translate from Albanian to English?
2- Why does it retranslate all my products when I have already fixed the translation?
3- And when you change the language in editing, the content is not saved, why does this happen?

Thank you for your feedback. Let me answer your questions.

1. Yes, of course. Albanian is a pre-configured language and can work correctly with Automatic Translation. Please read more in the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/pre-configured-languages/

2. I'm not able to replicate the issue on my demo site with Automatic Translation. Please share your site credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in the next reply and let me know steps to replicate the issue on your site. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

3. Do you mean when you edit the product > add some content and switch the language > the page is reloaded and the content is lost? If yes, it is expected behavior with the Classic Editor and is an issue of WordPress itself, not WPML.

I'm not able to login to the admin area because of the restriction of the Sucuri firewall. Can you please turn it off until the issue is resolved so I or my colleagues can login without asking this again?

And please let me know what products are not translated automatically.

You can add my IP to the whitelist: 14.166.57.184, but it is a dynamic IP and it will be changed after a few hours. I recommend turning the restriction off for a while and I or my colleagues can login without adding the new IPs to the whitelist again.

I added the IP- 14.166.57.184 to the SUCURI panel, meanwhile I also asked them to open the IP, but they still haven't answered me. Please, you can try to log in and see the problem, since we don't have much time for 3 days. My subscription is ending and I have to make a decision to renew my subscription with you or watch something else.

Thank you for your feedback.

I can log in to your site. After checking the issue, I've tried to turn off the automatic translation in WPML > Settings > Translation Mode > Translate What You Choose and switch it back to "Translate Everything Automatically" then it works properly on your site.

I also create a test page and the translation is created automatically hidden link

If you want to translate all current content (pages, posts, products ...), please go to WPML > Settings > Translation Mode >Translate Everything Automatically > Translate all my current content plus new content as I create it. > Save changes.

It's been 24 hours since wpml continues to automatically translate all the products and pages, it's still not finished, according to a filter I made, and I get 81 products. I don't know how long I will have to defend it as a procedure. You have activated the automatic translation, which has ruined a lot of work for us, since the automatic translation is not correct for most of the products and we have corrected them by setting the correct names. Now we have to recheck all the products for accuracy and translation, and for us it is work and a lot of cost. Also, the other problem is that even after 1 month, the program restores the translation that it does itself, not the exact words that I have set. And where is the guarantee that it will not apply to me once again after I correct it? We can't always do the same job, it's absurd

All products do not have the correct translation,

The word 'handle' is in the Albanian language and means Handle, but there are cases where wpml translates Golve, which is not the correct translation. It is impossible now to return to all products.

If WPML works like this, it updates every month and it ruins all previous translations for me, since I will translate them from the beginning, it is better to buy another plugin.

This problem has always given me, not only today that you pressed the automatic translation.
