My translation team says that they have run out of credits, but I have pay-as-go. I don't find an option to help them with this, and I have credits.

Thanks for your contact, and welcome to the WPML support forum!

Since you have configured the Pay-As-You-Go method, your translation team should be able to keep automatically translating the content, and you'll only need to pay for it at the end of the month. Aren't they able to do this? If the anser is yes, please let us know what is the exact issue here.
