Hi, Welcome to WPML support. I will try to answer the question before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues. There might be two causes of the problem that I want to address. 1. Incomplete translation of categories Go to WPML > taxonomy translation from the drop-down menu select categories and make sure that all categories are translated there. For more information: 2. Translation of the widget used to show the categories Make sure that the widget that you used to show the categories is translated using the string translation or if needed use a separate widget for the other language, all detailed in the documentation below: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/ Thanks. |

Hi, Thank you for the information. I have rechecked my site following the documents you gave. - Taxonomies are translatable. Unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved 🙁 I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you |

Hi there, Thank you for sharing the screenshots! Please navigate to these specific categories in the backend and verify that they are also translated and show up under the language. Go to Products -> Categories, at the top above the category names you will see the languages listed, do you see categories listed under the secondary language? Ideally, you want the same amount of categories under both languages. |

Hi, I've checked the categories list. All categories were translated into both languages. Please see the attached screenshot. [removed] For the issue category go to Properties > Categories Thank you |

Please check now: The issue is coming from this open compatibility issue: Translating 'Categories' also seems to trigger it. Until it is resolved I recommend keeping the strings as they are, once it's resolved our team will update the Errata page linked above. |
