Background of the issue:
I was trying to maintain the multilingual functionality of my site using WPML. After a recent WooCommerce update, I noticed issues with the translations. The strings are saved correctly, but they are not displaying as expected on the site. This issue can be seen on the product card's quick view button and in the mini cart. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Half of the translations are broken, with parts of the site displaying in one language and other parts in another. The translations are saved but not showing up on the site.

Questions:
Why are the translations not displaying correctly after the WooCommerce update?
How can I fix the issue of mixed languages on my site?

Hello,

This might not a WPML issue and a WP rollback might be able to solve the issue.

The issue is that WordPress 6.7 handles language files differently and the issues will be solved by the WooCommerce Dev Team as soon as possible:

If you think that the isseu you are expriencing has other causes, please let us know.

Best regards
Andreas

hello Andreas,

could you please provide me the "hidden link" to the Issue at the WooCommerce Dev Team?
I have the same Problems with my website schultreppe.de after WP 6.7 Update.
In the meantime I rolled back to WP 6.6.2.

Thanks in Advance
Edmund

Hello,

I don't want to roll back any plugins and wp to an earlier version, as it may cause some problems. Hopefully time will fix these bugs, won't it?

@elmar This issue will be fixed with an updated for WooCommerce. I have sadly no information about when such update will available.

@edmund My apologies, but links are hidden for people that have not created this ticket. Please consult the WooCommerce Support Team for further details.

Take kindly note that we investigate this issue further and published the following errata:
https://wpml.org/errata/php-error-wp-6-7-notice-function-_load_textdomain_just_in_time-was-called/

Updating WPML and WooCommerce should solve the issue, unless another third plugin is causing issues.

The upcoming WordPress Update should solve the issue after all.
