I am trying to translate an Italian listing to French on my site hidden link using WPML. The Italian listing is located at hidden link and the French version is at hidden link. I have followed several troubleshooting steps including checking the listing type, recreating the French version, disabling plugins, switching themes, clearing WPML cache, and updating WordPress core and plugins.
Symptoms:
The translated French version is not copying the featured image and other data from the default language.
Questions:
How can I ensure that the featured image and other data are copied to the French version?
Are there additional troubleshooting steps I should follow to resolve this issue?
Sorry, I cannot open your Website to check on the issue as I'm getting the error shown in the attached screenshot.
In the meantime, please backup and navigate to WPML > Settings > Media translation > Click on the "Start" Button. This will resync your media and create copies to your translated page.
