Hello,

the French WPML option does not work in the shop for a few cases (hidden link). For example, if you are in the German category "Waschraum-Accessoires" (hidden link) and then click on "Francais" in the menu, you get a 404 page.

But if you click on the start page on "Francais" and then on "Accessoires" the error does not appear and you get on the right category page. Why does this issue appear?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Please go to WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual and verify if the category is translated.

Also please go to Settings -> permalinks and simply click the save button. This will in most cases solve a 404 error.

In case it is not solved yet, please make a backup of your website and database and go to go to the WooCommerce Multilingual tab for Status and click the troubleshooting option in the right bottom corner.

Now please sync your categories and other store content available.
