Background of the issue:
I updated WordPress and the WPML plugin and translations stopped to work. Only header and blog are translated. Here is the link to site: hidden link Example page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
Pages are displayed in the original language (English) instead of the translated versions.

Questions:
Why are the translations not working after updating WordPress and the WPML plugin?
How can I fix the issue of pages displaying in the original language instead of the translated versions?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you taken any particular steps besides updating WPML? Do you remember the last version of WPML before updating it?

Does the same issue persists if you temporarily disable all plugins expect WPML?

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.

I am happy to hear this. I cannot say exactly what happened, but it's possible that a translation memory populates the translations when reopened.

We updated MariaDB to version 10.11.6 to meet WPML minimal requirements. My boss wrote me:
"MariaDB is updated now, but the translations - pending review que is empty still. Please try to solve with support"
I found this page (in the attachment). Is anything wrong there? What to do?

Is it possible that this page works fine for me, but it's empty for my boss?

it looks like translations stop working after deploy
so maybe some files are erased during deploy
if there is some folder with cached translations?
If I translate some strings again, then it starts working

Have you recently moved your website? If yes, how did you do it? Did you change the domain?

There is no folder containing cached translations.

If you encounter an empty WPML → Translations queue, you may need to configure the language for this WordPress user. You can do this by going to WPML → Translation Management and then clicking on the Translators tab. This might explain why the other user is unable to see the translations.
