Problem: We have registered certain websites with http. These websites have since been converted to https. How to change them in WPML account as https?

Solution: You need to register these sites again by following below steps:

- Please backup your database and website for security reasons. - Please Login to your WPML account >> go to Sites page >> Remove your current site / domain from there >> and re-add your site >> it will give you New key which you can add back in your site: https://wpml.org/account/sites/

Wir haben gewisse Websites mit http registriert, z.B.:

- originsbeta.ch
- two.originsbeta.ch
- ofsummersnow.ch
- mountain-view.ch
- jostmedical.ch

Diese Websites wurden inzwischen auf https umgestellt. Leider sind sie bei WPML aber immer noch mit http registriert.

Können Sie das bitte anpassen?

Besten Dank.

Freundliche Grüsse

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I am going to reply this in English, if you still need German support please let me know.

You need to register these sites again by following below steps:
- Please backup your database and website for security reasons.
- Please Login to your WPML account >> go to Sites page >> Remove your current site / domain from there >> and re-add your site >> it will give you New key which you can add back in your site: https://wpml.org/account/sites/

I can do above steps for you if you want. For this please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and WPML Login info) to your site, so I can do it.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thank you
