Hello,

can you please create a staging site so we can further check and see what is blocking WPML Rest API check. You can use plugin WP Staging and create a staging site.

Let me know.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

Thank you for your message. I’ve checked the staging site, and unfortunately, I’m not seeing the same error on my end. In the WPML > Support section, the REST Enabled status is showing as Yes, so everything appears to be functioning correctly there.

I suspect the issue might be related to your hosting environment or a security setting. Could you please reach out to your hosting support to check if there are any security measures, firewalls, or restrictions that might be blocking this functionality on live website but is not on staging site?

Let me know what they say.

Best regards,
Dražen
