Overview of the issue
If you recently migrated your site or restored a backup of your site, you may find that some translations are missing from your site.
Workaround
We recommend that you first follow our guide to connecting sites and sharing automatic translation credits. If the issue persists, you will need to contact the Support team. Please open a new ticket and include:
- Your old domain (before migration)
- Your current domain
Our Support team will then investigate the situation and get back to you with more information as soon as possible.

I would like to backup the translation of woocommerce products (for example in the CSV)

WPML doesn’t offer you that option. However you can consider using a plugin like WP All Export.
