Overview of the issue

In some situations, you may be unable to activate the pay-as-you-go pricing feature to automatically translate your website. You may even see a message that says You recently canceled your account. You can sign up again in -1264 hours. We are working on a permanent fix for this bug.

Workaround

As a workaround, please:

  1. Open a new ticket in our support forum.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • The link of this erratum.
    • URL of the website with this issue.
    • If possible, your website credentials in the private form available.

  1. Hello,

    when I try to activate automatic translation I only get a message that there was a problem connecting and I should contact support.

    Our site is protected through cloudflare. Does wpml call any /wp-admin/ URLs? Those are blocked except of the js-URL.
