Overview of the issue

If you use WPML’s Translate Everything mode, translations may appear stuck at the Waiting for translation status. When you click on the translation icon, you are redirected to WPMLTranslation page instead of opening the Advanced Translation Editor.


Our developers are aware of this situation. In the meantime:

  1. Please make a full backup of your site.
  2. Go to WPML → Support and click on the Troubleshooting link.
  3. Click Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs and Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE.

  1. Good day, today i sthe last day f the year so maybe nobody there to help. If not, next week. But almost all my pages are now stuck in the ”waiting for translation” mode. Whatever I try, or do, nothing works. Please help me with this issue. Kind regards,

      Please check if you still have credits available for translating your content. If that is the case, try following the instructions of this page.
