Overview of the issue
When you install WPML and your PHP environment does not have the Ctype extension enabled, you will see the following error:
Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ctype_alpha() in …/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/lib/twig/src/Lexer.php:368
Workaround
Our developers are aware of this situation, and it will be fixed with a new release.
In the meantime, please contact your hosting service, and enable the Ctype extension.
