WooCommerce settings translatable strings are in the admin language instead of English

Overview of the issue

When a different language than English is used for the admin language, some WooCommerce settings strings show up in the current language instead of English (default)

Workaround

The problem goes away when using WPML 3.2.3 (WPML String Translation 2.2.3)
