Overview of the issue
The language switcher option “All Languages” is useful in certain scenarios but you may encounter some issues if you have some specific plugins enabled such as:
- Advanced Permissions for Gravity Forms
- Toolset
- WP Bakery
- Real Cookie Banner
Among other plugins.

Please update to WPML Version 4.6.5
