I got an error 500 after trying to install WPML plugin on my website built with Embark Theme.

Message was:

Fatal error: Class 'WPML_Elementor_Module_With_Items' not found in /www/xxxx//MYSITE.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor-extras/includes/compatibility/wpml/modules/buttons.php on line 5

Apparently the error is an incompatibility with the Page Builder Widget Pack Extension for Embark Theme (built by Thenovation, bought on Envato Market).

How could I fix this ? I have no longer access to the builder widget pack suport. My website is basically done using that extension so there is no way I can uninstall it. I have talked to you few hours ago and as you told me, I've tried to unzip and upload the files via FTP (the firs time I did it I used wordpress interface) but is not working neither

Thank you very much

Hello

WPML comes with integrated support for some basic Elementor widgets out of the box.
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#List-of-the-translatable-Elementor-Elements

As per our documentation, if the widget is a custom widget, you will need to add support for it yourself as described here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/how-to-add-wpml-support-to-custom-elementor-widgets/

It requires you to be comfortable coding. If you are not comfortable with coding in PHP, then please contact a WPML contractor to help you as this custom work is out of the scope of our support policy:
