Background of the issue:
I am trying to switch the language on my home page using WPML on my site hidden link. This issue has occurred multiple times, and I am looking for a solution.

Symptoms:
The home page is not switching the language, and this problem keeps recurring.

Questions:
Is there a live chat available for urgent issues?

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I've tried to login to your test site (hidden link) today, but looks like that the access link has been expired.

Your next answer will be private, to share the updated access information safely. It'd be great if you can provide proper user/password based access (instead of a token based link), since I/we may need to check for the issue Intermittently.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.

Thank you for the updated access.

Since you provided the access to the live site, is it OK to deactivate plugins and switch themes to check for the issue (i.e. if it is really coming from WPML)? Please confirm!

Or it'll be great if you can provide access to a test site by replicating the same issue(s), so your live site isn't compromised.
