This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the translation of the 'Contact Us' page using WPML Advanced Translation Editor is stuck at 93% completion, with no visible errors or missing content.
Solution:
To resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
1. If you wish to translate pages independently:
- Disable the WPML Translation Editor for the page from the Languages metabox.
- Click on the secondary language pages icon to open it in the default WP Editor.
- Click on the "Translate Independently" button.
2. To complete the translation using Advanced Translation Editor:
- Enable the WPML Translation Editor for that page.
- Open the Spanish language page in Advanced Translation Editor.
- Click on the settings icon from the top right corner of the page.
- Choose the Previous version of ATE temporarily.
- Complete the translation of the two attributes.
- Switch back to the new version of ATE and press the 'Complete Translation' button.

This should allow you to complete the translation of the contact page in the Spanish language. For issues related to translating button URLs, please refer to a separate support ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/button-link-translation-issues/

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am facing an issue with my website's WPML Advanced Translation Editor. I have translated the Contact Us page, but it shows as 93% complete. I have thoroughly checked but couldn't find any errors or missing content in the translation editor. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translation of the Contact Us page is stuck at 93% complete, and the remaining 7% is not translating. There are no visible errors being displayed.

Questions:
Could you please help me resolve this?
How should I proceed with providing admin access for further investigation?

Thanks for trying those steps. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you

Thank you for providing the login details. However, after entering the credentials, I'm being prompted for a 2FA code, which I don’t have access to. Would it be possible to temporarily disable the 2FA until we resolve this issue? This will allow me to log in and debug the problem.

Thank you for your cooperation!

I Opened the default language contact page in Edit mode and noticed that the secondary language pages are set as duplicate of the original page as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Translate Pages Independently:
So, to translate independently, I followed the below steps:
1. Disabled the WPML Translation Editor for that particular page from Languages metabox.
2. Click on the secondary language pages icon to open up in default WP Editor.
3. Click on the “Translate Independently” button as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Translate with ATE:
To complete the translation using Advanced Translation Editor, I followed the below steps:
1. Enabled the WPML Translation Editor for that particular page.
2. Opened the Spanish language page in Advanced Translation Editor.
3. Click on the settings icon from top right corner of the page.
4. Choose the Previous version of ATE for a moment.
5. Completed the two attributes translation as you can see in the attached screenshot.
6. Switch back to the new version of ATE and pressed the Complete Translation button.

Now, I’m able to complete the contact page translation in Spanish language.

- For translating the button URL’s issue, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/button-link-translation-issues/

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance. Thank you
