This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Some pages fail to translate automatically, showing an 'Unable to retrieve job details' error despite standard troubleshooting attempts.
Solution:
The issue was caused by custom code added to the Astra Child theme used on the site. This code overrides part of our product’s core logic, preventing it from functioning as intended. As a result, switching to an alternative theme (or removing the conflicting customizations) was necessary to ensure full compatibility and proper operation of our product.

Hi Dennis, I can see that you have already tried a few different debugging steps, can you please share with me the Page that is not working, or does it apply for all pages? I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, |

Hi Bobby Unfortunately, it's still not working: hidden link Some pages work, others (in this case: hidden link) not. I would like all pages to work 100% with automatic translation, to work as little as possible with translated pages. However, it doesn't seem to work well on this iste. Hope you can help me find the issue... |

Hi Dennis, We are currently investigating the reported issue; however, we have not yet been able to identify the underlying cause. To assist us in progressing with the investigation, we kindly request access to the relevant error logs, as these will likely provide valuable insight into any issues recorded by the system. Additionally, the URL you previously shared (hidden link) is currently returning a 404 Not Found error. We would therefore appreciate it if you could provide an alternative URL where the issue is reproducible, so that we may use it for debugging purposes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support. |

Hi Diego Sorry about the 404 error. Several pages have this issue, but this is one of them: hidden link I've added all error logs in 'private' folder on sftp. You should be able to find them all with sftp access shared earlier. Don't think I can attach them here. Hoping we can solve this asap. |

Hi Dennis, Thank you very much for sharing the error logs and for providing the additional URLs. We appreciate your cooperation. After reviewing the logs, we were unable to identify any entries that clearly explain the reported issue. At this time, we are using the page you provided as an example to continue our investigation in greater depth. We will keep you informed and will notify you as soon as we identify the root cause of the problem or have further updates to share. Thank you for your patience and understanding. |

Hi Dennis, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving this matter. Despite extensive investigation, we have not yet been able to conclusively identify the root cause of the issue. At this stage, we believe the behavior may be related to an issue we have previously identified when GZIP compression is enabled. We can confirm that GZIP compression is currently active in your Cloudflare configuration (as shown in the screenshot provided), and it is therefore likely that temporarily disabling this setting would resolve the issue. However, in order to be fully certain and to conduct thorough testing, we would need to obtain a copy of the website for internal testing purposes. Alternatively, you may grant us permission to create such a copy on your behalf. This would allow us to proceed efficiently and work toward a definitive resolution as quickly as possible. Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding. |

Hi Dennis, Thank you for granting us permission to create a copy of your website. We can now successfully reproduce the issue and are actively investigating the underlying cause. While additional time is required to complete the analysis, please be assured that this matter is being treated as a priority. We will follow up with you as soon as we have further updates or a resolution to share. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. |

Hi Dennis, Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the delay in resolving this case, as identifying the root cause required an extensive and detailed investigation. We have now confirmed that the issue is caused by custom code added to the Astra Child theme currently configured on your site, which overrides part of our product’s core logic and prevents it from functioning as intended. As a result, using an alternative theme (or removing the conflicting customizations) will be necessary in order to ensure full compatibility and proper operation of our product. Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation throughout this process. Should you require any guidance moving forward, please do not hesitate to let us know. |
