This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with archive pages loading incorrectly in the Arabic version of their website. Posts initially load to the right and then shift to the left. This behavior does not occur on the English version of the site, and persists even when all plugins except Avada and WPML are disabled.
Solution:
We suggested that the problem might be related to the theme's handling of RTL (Right-to-Left) styles rather than an issue with WPML. To test this theory, we recommended deactivating WPML and setting the Arabic language in Settings → General to see if the issue persists. If the problem is confirmed to be theme-related, we advised considering the addition of a loader to the website to ensure pages are fully loaded before being displayed.
Additionally, we asked the client to check the Avada theme settings for the Arabic language to ensure that there are no discrepancies between the settings for the Arabic and English versions. We requested that the client provide detailed feedback or a screencast to pinpoint the exact issue if it continues after checking the settings.
Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket.

I have an issue with the way my archive pages being loaded on my website in teh second language with is Arabic: This link is an example;

hidden link

In here I have the posts first are loaded to the right, then they are flapping all to the left.
If you try loading a page for a single post you get different odd loading behavior; example;

hidden link

No errors of this sort on the English website, only the Arabic version.
Same behavior persists when disabling all plugin, keeping only Avada and WPML multilingual.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Based on the information you provided, the issue you are experiencing seems unrelated to WPML but to your current theme and its handling of RTL styles. To confirm this, you can try deactivating WPML and setting the Arabic language in Settings → General.

As a workaround, you may consider adding a loader to your website to ensure the page is fully loaded before it is displayed.

I hope this information helps.

Thank Andrey for your prompt reply,
I did what you said "To confirm this, you can try deactivating WPML and setting the Arabic language in Settings → General."
And the RTL page loading turned back to normal.

Consider it a beginner question but why does this tell you that it's an Avda issue? I am asking because given that the Avada theme is still active and my Arabic pages behavior is back to normal.
The reason for this second inquiry is that i have been in contact with Avada support just before reaching out to you about this issue and according to them it is plugin issue, probably WPML configuration.
Appreciate your input.

Update ..

Hello again Andey,

Adding to my previous inquiry please take note that with all the website settings are in the default status; Plugins all active, site language is in English; it is disabling the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin that resolves the loading error issue on the Arabic pages.
I guess this takes us back again to square one?

Thank you for sharing your feedback with me. When the theme contains the RTL styles, it is loaded if RTL language is used. WPML doesn't generate those styles. This suggests that the issue you are experiencing could be related to your theme.

To investigate this matter further, can you deactivate WPML and set the language to Arabic on your staging site? This will allow me to conduct additional testing as I did for the links in a very first message.

Thank you for willing to take a further look.
I do not have a staging site but i can take a backup and give you credentials to my network site. Will that work?

Yes, it will. I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site, where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

We noticed that in the Arabic language, the theme styles were loaded in the footer, which caused this behavior. I have looked at the theme options settings and found that the option Load Stylesheets In the Footer in Avada → Options → Performance was active for the Arabic language only. I have set it to OFF, which seems to fix the issue now.

Hi Andrey,
Thank you for your help.
In deed the issue with the page loading on for single posts seems to have been resolved, however, i still have the same issue while loading the archive pages, ex: hidden link
Please note how the posts, and in the first two seconds start to populate on the left column (side) of the page, then they flip to the right.
Again i tried disabling WPML and the archive pages seem to load normally.
Can you please look into this?

Best

I have already checked this page, and when the option was ON, there was an issue that you had previously mentioned. The posts were loaded to the right and then they were all flapping to the left.
However, now the styles are loaded as they are on the English page. I am a bit confused as you had previously mentioned that the post loaded to the right was not correct, but now that they are on the left, it seems to be not right either. I am noticing the normal behavior.

Hi Andey, and thank you again for the follow up.
There is a flipping behavior on the English page (Second line of posts) like in this example page hidden link
but its it happens in a fraction of a second, almost un noticeable. Problem is with WPML is on this flipping behavior is much execrated and will include the entire page. Disabling WPML with retrieve the Arabic page behavior to similar to what we have on the English page which is what is needed at the moment.
I have recorded a screen shot video for you to show what happens; you might have to download it from my google drive link here;

Thank you for your feedback and the screencast. I have watched it several times carefully. I am sorry, but I am still uncertain about what is wrong and why you think there is an issue.

Have you checked the other page/layout Avada settings for the Arabic language? Perhaps something is still turned on for Arabic that is off for English in the settings. Could you please check this first?

If you can capture these milliseconds to show and point me in detail, please do so. But please check the settings before doing so.
