Woocommerce totals are not changing when switching language / currency.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi there,

Please share the video of the issue with us, you can do this by giving us the link to the video or sharing it through a filesharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

Also, please review our documentation on how to configure the multicurrency with WCMl.

Hi Bobby,

You can find a video of the problem here.
When adding a product to the basket on the English site and then switching to danish, the amounts won't change (1 eu is 7,5 dkr). This means that some customers have ordered a number of items on the English site and then switched language, woocommerce is not changing the total number but just the currency. Therefore these customers are getting everything 7,5 times cheaper that what they should pay.

Here is an ex where I added a few products to the basket, then changed language but instead of clicking on the popup box buttons (where I can choose to switch language and loose cart content or keep the language), I then use the browsers back and forward arrows. This behavior causes the cart to only update the currency letters but not the currency itself.
In this example im able to buy 1kg of tea for kr 125 (which is the euro amount and should have been kr.680).

Thank you for the video and additional information, I can see the issue now.

I want to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Hi Bobby,

We run full backups every night, but I can manually run a backup again just before you take a look at the site.
We have around a couple of hundred orders pr day, so it's really crucial that any changes won't cause downtime. Therefore I would appreciate if we can set a date/time where where we can take a look at the problem. If anything goes wrong I can immediately restore the site.

But you can certainly have a look at:

We use 2fa password protection, but I have given the above use a 3 day grace period, so you should be able to log on without 2fa.

Thank you for sharing access to the site, if possible please fill out the information within the private field reply as we need that done before accessing the site due to GDPR laws.

I have re-enabled it.

If you do not have the FTP details it is ok to add na/na just to be able to fill it out 🙂

I could reproduce the issue when logged out or using an incognito mode.

When logged in the ' Prompt for a confirmation and reset the cart' is working as expected clearing out the cart.

May I ask you to please update WooCommerce and all the WPML-related plugins to their latest versions then test again?
