Background of the issue:
I want to translate the hero and all the other elements in the sections below that you see as not translated on my site hidden link. All of the elements are created with plugins by the theme developers. I can't seem to find any of the words in the strings menu. I tried finding an element ID but I couldn't as this is what WPML support did previously on a similar case recently.

Symptoms:
I can't seem to find any of the words in the strings menu.

Questions:
Could you please help me translate the hero and all the other elements in the sections below?
Could you please help me translate the footer?

Hi there,

Would you please provide the debug information to be able to see the setup of your website?

https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Also the link you provided is under maintenance and I could not see the items and check the HTML code to know how they are created.

Finally, you have mentioned that our supporters helped you before. may I have a link to that ticket?

Thanks.

I also need help to translate some menu buttons and items on the mobile and desktop version, as well as the "Filter" button in the store. They appear in English in the Bulgarian version. I am uploading screenshots with highlights for easier explanation.

Thank you,
Demetra

Hi Christopher,

It was in a live chat: 1716563551 . It was on another website we made with the same theme (hidden link). If you cannot view the chat, I could send you the transcription, if possible in a PM. I also removed the Coming Soon page so you should be able to see the website now.

I also have the same issue with the checkout page and some elements there. I am guessing the reason I can't find them in the strings translation is the same for all, hence I am adding this to the screenshots as well.

Hi Demetra,

Let's focus on the original question as having many questions is overwhelming and confusing.

I checked the top block sliders and it seems you used the Revolution Slider plugin to create them.

The way to translate that is different than the one mentioned in the chat.

Please follow the steps below to translate the sliders:

https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/creating-multilingual-sliders-with-revolution-slider-and-wpml/

For the other questions about the menu buttons please open up a new ticket and my colleagues will be happy to help.

If you still need help for the revolution slider blocks, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks.
