This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the menu not being displayed in English, as well as the text of the slider images and widget images. Additionally, the footer and posts integrated through the service grid element are not displayed in English on the English pages.
Upon further inspection, we confirmed that: 1. The menu is correctly translated into the English version. 2. The footer also appears correctly in English, although it may require style adjustments.
We asked the client if they needed assistance with adjusting the footer style or if there were still issues with the menu display.
If the provided solution is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us in the WPML support forum.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
Can you please check and make sure you have the translated menu, and it exists in English language? Please check the next guide:
the footer is also not displayed in English. in addition, the footer is not displayed in english either. and the posts that are integrated through the service grid element are displayed in german on the english page, although the posts are also available in english
Not everything is translated. With Slider Revolution wpml does not work at all....also the modules used (tiles, service grit) all elements related to the theme are not translated...
We have now imported a backup because the pages translated into English were all completely corrupted and have deactivated the English version because it didn't work at all.
Yes...but it is not just the revolution slider, the Slider were translated yes, but than the slider were shown super wrong and nothing else was working.....we have several tiles, service grits, that need to be translated an wpml is not working....
I need you to be more specific in the description of the issue so I can have a better understanding. You mentioned that the menus and the Revolution Slider were correctly translated, now I kindly ask you to share the next issue you are experiencing and the steps to reproduce it. That way I will be able to understand it and see it, allowing me to isolate its cause and find a solution.
Please share some screenshot and/or a video describing as best as you can the next problem that we can work on it.
I can't send any more pictures because we restored a backup again, as the pages that were translated were completely messed up... yes, Revolution Slider was translated BUT, the slider was displayed completely wrong and overlapped the other content of the pages, so we deactivated everything again.
Then, we have modules inserted on the homepage that were not translated at all. Also, the module with the news was not translated... and yes, we also installed the WPML String Translation plugin... attached is a photo of the modules that are not translated among others..
Is there a way that you can install and integrate wpml on the site for us without errors if you get access to the backend from us? If so, how much would that cost us...we really need help and someone who can integrate the tool professionally.
Thank you!
We are more than happy to help you install the WPML plugins. Please confirm you have a full backup of the site that you can restore if necessary, and let me know the default language and the secondary languages.
