Background of the issue:
I am trying to update orders to the status 'Completed' via the bulk edit modus in the order overview.

Symptoms:
When there are different languages in different orders, only one language gets used (seems to be the language of the oldest order).

Questions:
Why are all emails sent in one language when updating orders via bulk edit?
How can I ensure that emails are sent in the correct language for each order?

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I've tried to replicate the issue on a clean installation of WordPress and didn't see that issue. After bulk editing the orders from WooCommerce > Orders and changing the order status to Completed, the email sent to each customer is in the language of the order (wpml_language field). Please check the attached screenshot.

If you want to test on the sandbox site, you can access the admin area directly with this link hidden link

On your site, you can copy it to a staging site and enable a minimal environment as below and recheck the issue:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML plugins and WooCommerce.
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress.
