[Resuelto] Automatic translation

Hi, I am helping a website owner with his WPML. He has set up automatic translation credits with "pay as you go credits". I have just added a language, and expect everything to be translated automatically now, but the translation process is not starting. I have stopped and restarted automatic translation, but it is not helping. Is it because "pay as you go" is active instead of prepaid credits? Or is there some other reason why this process would not start?
