Problem:
Weather widget is not showing translations when language is changed.
Solution:
Please go to WPML -> Theme and Plugin Localization and scroll down to the plugins section. Select the weather widget and scan it for strings. Now, go to WPML -> String Translation. You will see the plugin strings available here for translation.
Problem:Need language switcher footer Russian to show in English using BeTheme

A hyperlink is not a translatable text there he will either have to wrapp it in a gettext call and then change the URL in String Translation
