Problem:
The client was facing issues in translating one string from the Profile Builder plugin.

Solution:
Could you please try to use below XML code in WPML >> Settings > Custom XML Configuration section and see if this resolves your issue:

<wpml-config>
  <admin-texts>
    <key name="wppb_manage_fields">
      <key name="*">
        <key name="labels" />
        </key>
      </key>
  </admin-texts>
</wpml-config>

If still, an issue persists, could you please take a backup of your site and delete that string from WPML >> String Translation page and try to enable it again and add the translation and see if this resolves your issue?
