Problem:
The client was trying to translate pages into French but encountered a fatal error message related to the navigation menu when attempting to view the translated page.

Solution:
We recommended the client to first check how the page was duplicated and then perform a conflict test. This involves deactivating all plugins except for WPML to see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, the client should then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. Additionally, we advised testing with a default theme to rule out any theme-related issues.
