[Resolved] 1 out of 15 attributes did not copy to translation, thus no variations can be made
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client translated a product to Croatian, but the color attributes did not copy over, resulting in the loss of product variations. This issue occurred after updating WPML to the newest version. Solution: In this case, the client needed to go to WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation and make sure that the field settings for the attributes are set to "Translate". After that, edit the original product, save the product, and update the translation. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:

To croatian but all the product variations are gone, because the color attributes did not copy to HR translation, while all other 14 attributes did hidden link
I already translated 50 products on this site with no similar problem....
Symptoms:
One out of 15 attributes did not copy to the translation, resulting in the loss of product variations. Specifically, the color attributes did not copy to the Croatian translation.
Questions:
Why did the color attribute not copy to the Croatian translation?
How can I ensure all attributes are copied during translation?
Could it be that "Color" is a global attribute that was created at Products > Attributes?
If so, you will need to translate it a WPML > Taxonomy Translation. Once you translated all the attributes there, a dialog to sync the variations should appear.
Product bundles dissapeared from translations. The issue was that custom system fields were set to DON'T TRANSALTE. I set them to copy and that did the trick.
Similar here, attribute color (barva) is now set to translate. hidden link
I set it to copy and not it works ok.
On both sites, problem started after I updated wpml to newest version.
