After discussing with 2nd tier about this issue, I can confirm that you should delete/re-import the products to achieve the functionality that you are searching and updating will not help in this case.

After importing products and its translation with WP All Import Products are not appearing in their categories in the second language (EN) or in search or shop page. In the dashboard, they appear inside categories but instore front categories are empty. When you open a product in AR then switch language you will find that url is translated to correct product with correct categories. But when you click on that category you will find nothing
After 1 day of importing 56 products appeared but the rest still missing

Ar import #46 and its translation #47
Ar import #33 and its translation #36
They both have the same issues

How to fix it?

Hello there,

Could you please go to WPML-> Support ->Troubleshooting and click the below buttons:

+ Clear Cache in WPML
+ Set Language information
+ Fix element types collation
+ Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
+ Assign translation status to duplicated content
+ Set language information
