I am trying to:
Hi,

we are using the latest WPML with the updated WP and Woocommerce on out website. The site is in 2 languages.
We added a second currency to the site (custom one). Each language shows a different one.

The problem is that the site shows the correct price in case you are logged in as a user/admin, but if not, then it shows the main price.

For example: Product x is 10€ on the first language. On the second one (the second currency) it is 20€. The admin sees this as it should be. but the website visitor sees 10€ in both cases.

The plugins have been tested (deactivated) and the caching has also been tested. We can not fix this error. What is the problem?

PS: also the AJAX language has been activated

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you please check if this issue appears when:

- only WPML and WooCommerce plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
- theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Nineteen as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

Another thing - this is happening with all the products, or only for some? If you try to create new product, it is also happening there?

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Hi,

Can I ask you the following then? In order to debug this issue , can you install Duplicator plugin and create package so that I can try this on my localhost and possibly escalate further to 2nd tier?

https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

Let me know if this is OK with you.

If yes, I will need WordPress admin username and password so I could download those packages. I have marked your next reply private so you can safely add this information.

Please make a full backup of your site before sharing this info!

Hi,

I have checked your website and let me give you some suggestions and possible solutions:

- Could you make sure your server conforms to our minimum requirements?
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

Based on provided debug information, I can see the following - WP Memory Limit: 40M.

Specifically, could you set WP Memory limit to at least 256MB?
https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

If unsure on how to set this, you can consult your host/server admin to do this. After you increase this value, you can confirm it by checking on WPML -> Support by finding the “Memory limit” value.

As for the issue with pricing - can you tell me for which product is this happening? I have checked this one for example:
hidden link

The price is in both languages 30 euros. This corresponds to the setting you have for this product - Calculate prices in other currencies automatically - because the rate for your custom currency is 1:1, meaning that 30 euros in one language will be 30 euros in another as well.

Hi,

It could be due to this - this price has been scheduled, but it has passed already so it would revert to "Sale price (€) - 10" after these dates have passed.

Can you try either disabling this schedule by setting it to "Same as default currency" and then check if the issue is still there?
