Hi there,
These are the 2 errors I get, and also after removing the wpml notices from the options table, I still get them:
"There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you."
"WPML is missing some records in the languages tables and it cannot fully work until this issue is fixed.
Please go to the Troubleshooting page and click on "Clear language information and repopulate languages" to fix this problem.

This warning will disappear once this issue is fixed."
When I connect to the troubleshooting page I don't have that option.
Can you please support?

Hi Corrado,

There is a possibility that there some missing indexes within your WPML database tables

if possible please go to your database and share with me a screenshot of the wp_icl_strings Database table structure where we can view the indexes.

Additionally if possible we will need to access the backend in order to manually patch the WPML database tables if needed

**Before we proceed I recommend to please take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website.**
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose See:

Hi Bobby
If there is a risk to harm the current installation, then I would prefer to do the activity next week. The reason is that the website is for my new wife's shop and it's opening this saturday, therefore I would not like to risk as in these days she's promoting it a bit. 🙂
If you think that anyway it's good to have a look and maybe you spot easily the issue, then of course I can give you access to the wp-admin page and create a temporary admin account for you.
Please also consider that this wordpress installation is on my own server at home so I don't have cpanel or other standard management tools that can be used/reached remotely.

Are you able to access the database in any way ? I would like to verify that its needed to access it before we proceed even though no harm will be done while reviewing it but if the index is missing we will need to patch it and a backup is always recommended.

you could also share with me a duplicator package using the duplicator plugin to review it locally
