I am trying to:
Solve translation issues. I see English >> Spanish in the translations panel, but I'm missing the Italian language. How can I update the third translation?

When I try to login using provided credentials, I get "ERROR: Incorrect username or password". Can you update them again and check?

However, I may not need them at all and I'm quite sure that the issue in your case is that for the user you are viewing the translations from, not all language pairs have been set. Let me give an example - see these images.

In the case of your website, this user most likely has only English to Spanish language pair translation set.

Therefore, you should go to WPML -> translation management -> translation roles -> translators and edit language pairs for your translators (or add new translators).
