I expected to see: the page

Instead, I got: an 404-error-page

This happens since I updated the page with the newest versions of your plugins.

Thank you for the provided details. I took a detailed look in your stagging environment and performed some tests, I still see some weird random '404 not found' error for existing product categories. I tried to connect to your website via FTP to give a detailed look in the error logs, but the provided FTP details doesn't seem to be correct, can you review it please? Thank you for the details. I took a detailed investigation in your website and confirmed the culprit of your issue is the 'ProfitBuilder' plugin, in the provided test environment it is possible to see when you keep just the related WPML plugins and WooCommerce it works properly, then if you activate the 'ProfitBuilder' plugin a 404 not found error is seen.

I also noticed this plugin is not listed in our list of WPML compatible plugins at: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/. In this case we can test it for compatibility in order to escalate this ticket to our compatibility team, for that you can upload this plugin (ProfitBuilder) and your theme to our sandbox environment test, following these instructions:

  • Install the theme/plugin in a clean installation and reproduce the problem in this new installation. So we can isolate it and do some testing without the interference of server settings or other plugins
  • After this, I will check the problem in this new installation and look for a quick solution
    If I can not find a solution, I will forward the problem to our compatibility team.
  • The compatibility team will do some more testing and will contact the product author to fix the issue

I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:
hidden link - Through this link you will be automatically logged in.

Please upload the (theme/plugin) to this test install, setup it the same way as in your website (using the same options) and create some dummy content to reproduce the issue. Please note that we only need the (theme/plugin) and the related functionality, you don't need to setup a entire website or clone your existing site. The fewer plugins the better.

After that, please send us clear steps on how to see/reproduce the issue on this test install. We will run some tests.
